My Philosophy in a nutshell

I believe that young children learn best in a stimulating environment that encourages interaction with peers, role play, and active engagement. They need a space that is fun, safe, secure, clean, and hygienic, with clear boundaries. It is important that this environment also respects and celebrates their individual cultures and backgrounds.

I prioritise the best interests of the children above all else. They need to be loved and cared for, with their needs and capabilities understood. Encouraging them in a positive way helps build their self-confidence and self-esteem. I believe in providing age-appropriate behavioural guidance that supports their developmental stage while aligning with broader societal expectations
